Brew Time: 28 - 32 seconds

Dose 18 gram of freshly ground coffee into the portafilter and distribute evenly.
Tamp with consistent, even pressure.
Lock the portafilter into the machine and start brewing.
Aim for a yield of 36g of espresso within 28-32 seconds.
